Highlands Check Leather Baguette Bag (Nordstrom Exclusive)

Was so excited to get this bag but to my dismay it arrived all squished up in a plastic mailing bag. No stuffing to help support its shape. Leaving much to be desired of the treatment of this brand. After all $1200 is nothing to sneeze at especially, now retired and not in the daily routine of work career and professional appearance, even for a causal look. BC it came in the condition it was, turned me off. Made it feel not so worthy and the retail tag was not attached giving it additional feel of being used and/or a return. Sadly,as much as I wanted it, I reluctantly returned the bag. I still think of the possibility of a reorder bc I find that I still want it, but hesitation is still with me. I even tried to go to BB website to order it direct but of course, bc it is made exclusively for Nordstrom, it was not available. I gave 4 stars here bc I still love the idea of leather and the look of this bag , had it been presented in a manner the had been until now the experience of delivery set by Nordstrom, I certainly would have kept it. I would gladly attach a photo,but the APP won’t allow it at the moment.
