What it does: This inst your average body tool. How to use: Start with clean skin and apply a thin layer of Sculpting Activator Gel to the area you want to treat. This boosts conductivity, enhances micro-current performance and nourishes skin. Turn on the Body Sculptor and begin with gentle, gliding strokes, moving with the natural contours of your body. For fascia release, focus on areas of tightness using long or circular motions. For lymphatic support, use upward strokes on legs and arms and circular or sweeping motions on the stomach. For muscle activation, use slow, targeted strokes on specific muscle groups. Always start on Level 1 and increase intensity gradually based on comfort. Mist Transdermal Magnesium Spray throughout your session to keep skin hydrated, extend gel glide and support recovery. Finish by wiping off excess gel and spritzing magnesium for added relaxation. Use 3-5x per week for best results.

Loved it!

Wow I loved this device so much! It's so helpful . I tried to get rid of cellulitis for a long time and couldn't find something that would have been right for me, but this device is the one. The red light therapy helps so much with this issue and also helps to improve other skin defects. There are a lot of devices on the market right now, but this one is best one and I totally recommend it to you. Would love to try more of Higherdose products

Too difficult

I was so excited to try the Microcurrent Body Sculptor Ritual Set by HigherDose. I immediately charged it and read all of the instructions. The sculpting activator gel was very soothing and cooling upon application but it dried too fast and I had to keep re-applying it for the body sculptor to glide properly. I did like how smooth my skin felt afterwards from it. The transdermal magnesium spray felt soothing too and left my skin feeling soft. There's not enough in the bottle because you have to re-apply so much to get through a session with the body sculptor. The Body sculptor itself doesn't hold a charge long enough. The red light isn't strong enough. I haven't noticed any difference or felt like it did anything for me. I'm very disappointed with the product. I received this product as part of an educational promotion.

awesome, when it works.

Honestly this thing is amazing if you frequent gym or any strength training workouts (barre pilates etc) that can make your muscles sore after a longer day. It feels SO good and the current is real. That being said, the gel is trash. It dries so fast it's a joke to use. Or maybe this is strategically formulated so you use a lot constantly during use to keep the current and have to purchase more? In addition to the gel going to be replaced by a generic I try and find, the device itself has a shotty battery life and takes too long to recharge if you are sitting it on charger (really? It was on charger an hour and still kept turning off like it was battery dead?) so maybe I got it too early in its release. But when they get their formula right to not dry and pill on your skin, and when battery life can withstand how long we want to use it for, this device will be 100x worth it's price.

I was excited to receive this device but I feel I need a bit more time to actually give my honest review. I’m hoping within a few weeks I should have a better detailed review so I won’t give false info. I can say it’s pretty easy to use and does not irritate my skin. I’m loving it so far but will keep yall updated.

Nice part of an evening routine

I did receive this product as a part of an educational promotion and I’m so grateful! Overall this seems to be a high end product using micro currents. This is also my first experience with such a device so I didn’t know what to expect. The handheld device is a great ergonomic shape making it not only easy to hold but easy to run along the body. The micro currents are not super strong even at the highest setting. Now I will say some spots are more sensitive than others of course like the thigh vs back of leg toward the knee. To start you apply a thin layer of the gel provided then spritz the magnesium on. The damp skin really helps the device work to its full potential. I will say I am not a fan of the smell or how my skin feels after use. Overall I haven’t seen much of a difference in skin textures but after a long day especially a physical day your muscles will thank you. It’s a super relaxing way to de stress and take some time for yourself. The micro currents paired with the pressure and shape of the hand held really help loosen the tight muscles. Overall I’m really happy with this product and am definitely going to be looking into the brand more.

Help smooth out my tummy

For the last couple of weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of trying out the HigherDOSE Lymphatic Body Sculptor. I’ve been interested in HigherDOSE products for a long time, so I was really excited to try this one. The kit included the lymphatic drainage device, a firming gel, and a magnesium spray. This device is so cool. It uses microcurrent to help release and move lymphatic fluid, which supports detoxification and helps reduce inflammation. It also has red light therapy, which helps boost the energy centers of your cells, supporting collagen production and circulation. My main concern is my tummy area. After having two babies via C section, my lymph tends to get pretty stagnant there. I first applied the firming gel, which feels really nice and is unscented, something I love. Then I used the device as demonstrated in their helpful pamphlet. Level 1 was plenty strong for me, so I kept it there. I also treated my legs and booty. I used the magnesium spray to rehydrate the gel and help the device glide more smoothly. I didn’t notice a huge difference that evening, but when I woke up the next morning, my skin was visibly smoother and tighter, especially in the little area above my scar that I struggle with. I really like this product and feel it’s worth every penny. I’m looking forward to seeing the results over time.
