Hidden Stone Molten Drop Earrings

They shipped me the wrong item and now the earrings are sold out and it’s all my fault that this happened even though their Customer Service people are very incompetent. Nordstrom Customer Service is in the toilet now from the way it sounds. It sounds like they’ve outsourced to another country as well. My advice will be to either shopping store or don’t purchase from them at all. See pictures- do these look like earrings and body oil to you???!!
