Super cute and flattering with a touch of sparkle!
This is my first pair of Golden Goose shoes and I have to be honest- these have taken a little bit of time to get just right comfort-wise. Without socks in the store trying on - amazing. Without socks in life walking around - not so great. No-show socks are the way to go. I have tried all options of wearing them with laces loose, but tied; laces untied and loose; laces tied and "sort of" loose and that seems to be the winner. When they're untied or too loose, my ankle flies out. But, going down a full size for me isn't an option as I'm a size 8/38 fair and square. BUT, I've had them now 1.5 months and I figured it's time to write my review. There is a break-in period, but once they're broken in, they're great and so cute with dresses or jeans or leggings, whatever. I am not sure how you could wear these without them being tied like other GG styles because of how they are shaped. I think most people wear this Hi-Star style tied. They add a bit of fun and style to any outfit. Platform is great and the inside cushion is so comfortable. The shape of them is flattering and slimming for your feet - if that makes sense. :) Overall, very happy now that they're broken in! :)
