Mislabeled sizing

Tried to order these twice in a men's 7M (W was not an option to order). Both times we received 7 Wide. Bummer the size was not as shown on the website.

Unsure..

These feel like they're gona brake or rip apart when I turn my foot almost sideways (?) First off they're supposed to be all black, they look more like a dark gray (?), 2nd, they feel like they're gona fall apart if I pivot my foot/feet at just the right angle..and they aren't quite comfortable for 'all day wear' & I only wear rhem for about 4 hours for my work shift.. I'm unsure if I'll even keep them. Almost a waste of $

We appreciate your honest feedback about the Wally Stretch Sox. It's disappointing to hear that the shoes aren't meeting your expectations, both in color and comfort. The stretch design is meant to offer flexibility, but they shouldn't feel fragile or unstable. As for the color, we apologize if it doesn't match your expectations for "all black." If you're unsure about keeping them, our customer service team is here to assist with any return or exchange options. Your feedback is valuable and helps us work on improving both the product and experience!

Insoles separated in a week

I wear these around the house when I'm not at work. They were comfortable shoes, but the insoles separated and they bunch up under your toes. It's disappointing they fell apart so fast.

Would not buy again - don't stand by product

These Hey dudes are pretty comfortable. Wore them a couple of times washed & dried them. The shoes shrunk by an entire half size. I reached out to Hey Dude for replacement & they brushed me off.
