Its nice, nothing special
The look is nice and pretty sturdy. Outside pockets are convenient but there are no inside pockets at all. Was expecting at least a small zippered one.

This is a complaint for Nordstrom, not Herschel. I purchased the last bag available at the time and it arrived with no tags and visible scuffs on all sides. It was clearly returned merchandise.

perfect except..
This bag has comfy shoulder straps and sturdy material.
Love the outer pockets for easy access. It fits my Stanley 40oz.
One star taken off for having no inner pockets :/ and the inside color of the black bag is black :/
