Pop Quiz Backpack

Beautiful dark grey color (even though listed as black) with black zipper. Looks better than pictured. Very clean & simple. I was deciding between this ‘pop quiz’ bag and the light grey ‘retreat’ bag, and I decided on this because this has a secured zipper front pocket with organizers, extra compartment for sunglasses, fits my 15” macbook pro and with lots of interrior room for wallet, cosmetic bag and other stuff. This is a great backpack for commute to work!

My middle schooler wanted a plain, neutral backpack. (I think she plans to put patches and pins on it.) I wanted a durable backpack that would last a few years, and this fit the bill. I have Herschel rolling luggage and the suitcases are very durable/stylish, so I'm thinking this backpack will also have the same high quality. It is stiff, but I know it will soften with time. I like the soft laptop sleeve and simple features. It would be perfect if it had cup holders on the side, but we've broken and dinged up expensive water bottles that fall out of the side pockets, so it's OK that the bottles need to be in the backpack or held.
