Horrible customer service
I bought this on May 15th and it still has not shipped. It is now the 20th and it is still preparing to ship. While if I were to buy it today it would be delivered by the 23rd? Ridiculous.

LOVE THIS BAG!
I purchased the green one. It’s just a beautiful color with the gold accents. The bag is of great quality and seems to fit a good amount of clothing/items for a weekend but also versatile enough to use as a gym bag.

So gorgeous and spacious

Wanted to love it but doesn't fit my carryon
I love everything about this bag (the fabric, how spacious and durable it is, etc), but unfortunately it doesn't fit my carry-on. . .

Absolutely love it. Great color the right size for me to take to Japan. I used that as a carry on. Since I don’t have much to bring to Japan but planning to buy quite a few things back. I folded this bag inside my check in. Perfect.
