ITEM WAS NOT IN BAG/SALES CLERK INSISTED IT WAS!!!
I never received this at pick up, the salesclerk was very confused. I have to wait for the recovery department to contact me. This is a gift that was paid for and no merchandise. Will never use pick up option. I have no gift and do not know what to do because it is paid for. And the clerk made the error.

Doesn’t Stay On
It is very nice quality & feels good. But I found it really annoying that it kept slipping up my head & wouldn’t stay firmly down. Every time it slipped up I looked like I had a flat cone head sticking up.
