Rose, violet, leather and vanilla
The original parfum was named for the famous Hermes leather purse designed for Grace Kelly. It had a muskier, stronger leather note with powdery rose dry down. Then a 2nd formula with less leather, added grapefruit & vanilla notes was created, and it's in a small, refillable lock shaped spray bottle (which isn't available at Nordstrom). This is the 3rd and most recently updated formula which contains notes from the previous two and I think the best version. It's the original shaped bottle but has a silver lock on the neck. The leather is toned down from a musky, animalistic note to a buttery, soft leather note. The grapefruit is upfront then dries down to a powdery rose/violet with the warmth of leather & subtle sweetness of vanilla underneath. It lasts about 5-8 hrs with two spritzes and the sillage (trail of scent in the air) is moderate. I love this parfum. It is the perfect blend of sophisticated rose, sexy leather & best of all the vanilla note is not teenage saccharine sweet. Perfectly balanced. A lovely, Spring-time parfum although I wear it all year long.

Does not last
I was extremely disappointed in this purchase. While it is an exclusive scent, it does not last. Nor does it linger on clothing like other fragrances that I own. There is absolutely no trace on my clothing that I even wore this perfume. For the brand name, I would expect this, at a minimum. Returning.

DOES NOT COME WITH LOCK!!!!
I ordered this approximately 3 times. The first bottle didn’t come with the iconic lock that ALWAYS GOES ON A HERMES KELLY!!! I sent it back, and thought it was just a mistake.
Nope!! Not a mistake! The next 2 bottles they sent me also had ZERO KELLY LOCK, as Pictured!
Apparently, they don’t make Hermes Kelly Perfums anymore with the lock on the bottles (As Photographed!)
Don’t waste your money or your time on this Big Dud!

Delicious
This is and has been my "signature" scent for quite a few years now. It is very light and airy so you may have to put a bit more than usual on. Not too sweet, a little spicy, floral and feminine. My Favorite perfume ever!

NO LOCK LIKE OTHERS HAVE SAID
I wish you wouldn’t advertise it as having a lock if you’re not putting one on the bottle. A lock doesn’t seem like a big deal but the fact that it is shown with one and I got mine and it didn’t have one is a problem. As always Hermès fragrances are always my favorite.
