Fabulous for baking fish
I purchased this several years ago and it has been one of my favorite items for making fish. Basically, put in your fish of choice, seasoned or not, and bake at desired temp for anywhere from 12-20 minutes, depending on contents. Very easy to clean. I allow to cool and then use lukewarm water and dishsoap which easily removes any leftover debris. I've never put it in the dishwasher. Found washing it my way works really well.
