Tough blades, broken handles
Have had these knives for a few years, most are fine, the blades are all in great shape... but a couple of the handles have fallen apart, cracks have appeared in almost all of them. I don't see this specific version on the website anymore, so I suspect that the plastic/resin/composite handle material is a known problem

BEST KNIVES EVER
I NEVER write reviews… but I have to… I’ve always bought the most expensive knives available in gourmet kitchen stores… SO I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT ORDERING THESE…BUT… they are the best knives ever… The look ..the feel … and the performance is amazing.. After I received them, I did write to the company to tell them how much I love them… DO NOT HESITATE TO BUT THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY KNIVES
