Returned item declined by this fraudulent company

I first order the green tourmaline heart ring but my husband thought it looked too dark/black so I ordered the green peridot to compare. Neither one of us liked the green peridot and I returned it by mail the day after I received it. I just received an email from Nordstrom stating the company declined my return and said I returned the wrong item!! This is very serious. Do not order from them, clearly a fraudulent company. I am sickened as I already order the pink tourmaline ring for my daughter but I will return both that ring when it arrives and the green tourmaline in store. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS FRAUDULENT AND WILL KEEP BOTH THE ORIGINAL ITEM YOU RETURN AND YOUR PAYMENT.
