Rubber Shrinks
To everyone saying their new pair is a different (larger) size than their old ones... this is normal. Especially if you’re using them for one season a year for multiple years. Rubber shrinks with ages. I’ve been wearing these religiously year round in a warm climate for years. And yes I have to buy a new pair every 6-8 months, but they are worth it! Cute shoes, very flattering!

Not As Good As Before!!
I've had the same pair of Havianas Slims for 4+ years and been in love with them -- they've lasted well, fit great, and feel comfortable. I bought a new pair to replace my old ones, and I agree with other reviews -- they've definitely had a change in sizing and construction.
I bought my usual size (35/36) and the new pair is now too big in both the footbed and in the straps, which feel loose and don't hold my foot in place. The US size on my old pair reads "US 4/5". The new pair says "US 6W"
I will be keeping the new pair because it doesn't feel right to return but I'll only wear them in the shower at the gym, etc.
They do not feel stable enough to hold my foot for a whole day of walking as my previous pair do.
If you are wondering why the quality does not match the hype on these flip flops, just know that the quality of the *old* sandals were much better. I will be looking to buy a new pair in the correct size from Old Navy or a similar chepaer retailer-- the price was fair when the flip flops were so great and lasted so long.
The size comparison of my 2 pairs is in the photo -- the silver pair are my older pair, the blue are the new (again-- the silver are in great shape after 4+ years - I can't see the blue pair lasting nearly as long)

Poor quality flip
Toe strap broke after 3 months (I didn't even wear them that often). Very poor quality. I don't recommend buying/wearing unless you plan on keeping a spare pair with you at all times.

Very disappointed
I have loved my Havaianas for years and buy a new pair every year even though it’s not totally necessary. This year I was extremely disappointed. As you can see from the photo, old flip flop on the left and recent purchase on the right, the flip flop has changed significantly. It states it’s slim but as you can clearly see it was much wider & even the shoe size is bigger even though they are the same exact size. I will be returning this item most definitely due to the inconsistency of description & sizing.

Each shows same size but has different lengths. I would keep them if they were not directive. Returning.

OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been a religious Havaianas Slim wearer for years (own them in every color and buy a few each Spring season). I ordered my first pair this year and noticed a $2 price increase, but no big deal, they're worth it... WELL... I ordered my normal size (37-38) and they're MUCH bigger in length than years past! The width and strap size are the same, but they feel and look much longer than before (almost like I bought a size up...but didn't). They are also not as comfortable (maybe less rubber in the sole). I don't feel I could wear these running around the city as I used to do for years. I am devastated. I suppose I will try a size down on my next pair, and if that doesn't help then I will be forced to end my love affair with my slims. Such a sad sad day. Oh, by the way, I'm an average width 7.5 for reference.

Faulty flip flops
I have been a long-time wearer of Havianas. However, 3 consecutive experiences have led to this poor review. Three pairs of flip flops broke on me, while I was out in public, no less.
The first two pairs were from last summer, one right after another.
Against my better judgement, I bought another pair (from Nordstrom). This past Sunday, when I was out with family for Mother's Day, the flip flops broke on me again while I was out walking. I was appalled!
