Radiant Cut Lab Grown Diamond 18K Gold Eternity Band

I received a ring that looked absolutely nothing as the picture. I was suppose to get a radiant cut eternity diamond ring with diamonds all around and I got these weird diagonal shaped diamond ring. I was able to return and get my money back thank goodness. Coincidentally the picture is changed to the ring I received.
