Another Use

I bought these to use at a horse barn. They are useful to both work and ride(using trail stirrups). The negative effect is the amount of dirt the cleated soles track into various areas.

Loud soles, sticky sound

I don’t know if I’ll be keeping these. I like the boot and it’s comfortable, but it makes a sound when you walk like the bottom of the sole sticking to the floor. It’s loud and would be embarrassing to walk around in public with that sound. I wanted to use it as my footwear for lab work, so I can’t put anything on the bottom of the sole like powder recommended by AI due to safety. I also don’t want to scrape the soles (another recommendation). I wish they were just noiseless like regular shoes.
