Belted Fit & Flare Dress

I love this dress. The top is lined, which gives it some heft and a good fit. The skirt is unlined and flow-y. You can switch out the belt, and so change up the look with different colors. I's a good length for a professional setting. For reference, I'm 5'7" and 125 pounds and the size two fit me perfectly

Personally, I didn’t love the style once putting this dress on. It fits great in the waist and hips, length is perfect even on a 5’3” frame, but the neck was too high and the scalloping on the boobs made my size B cup look lumpy. A little more scoop or v-neck would have been nice or more color on the print might have done the trick. I was hoping it would have the flattering Princess Kate look once on, but it didn’t do much for me. The material of the dress is also very heavy on the hanger, unnecessarily so. The belt is super cheap looking too. If I worked in a conservative office environment or needed a dress for more muted environment - church, volunteer or events setups, then this would be a go-to staple.

I Love the way this dress looks on me I am a size 18 unfortunately the yellow belt attached to it was a size 6 and they didn’t have another belt but I bought it anyway asking if maybe I can get a discount because this was not the whole dress but I was told I couldn’t get a discount and I realize they didn’t even give me the little yellow belt that came with it I could’ve given it to one of my size 6 friends

This was really flattering for my size 14 “mom bod” that was previously pear-shaped but has now added more bulk in the midsection as well. I found the cut to be really nice for the neckline, chest, arms, and skirt. The belt was pushing the limits of too small for me. Also the mid back portion of the zipper bulged oddly, which is the predominant reason I will be returning this dress. I’m considering trying a second order of it to see if this is a one off issue, because I do really like it otherwise.
