This exquisite piece pays tribute to Joseph Schillinger (1895-1943), a renowned composer and music theorist whose students included legends like George Gershwin and Benny Goodman. Schillinger, known for his dapper style, applied rhythmic design principles to create unique and striking outfits. Elizabetta has always been fascinated by Schillinger's use of color in his few paintings, and this piece in blue and violet is one of his most beautiful. - Large size: Approx. 16.5 x 16.5". This is the correct size to allow for many folding styles and it will not slide down into your pocket.
- 100% silk twill: A soft, silky fabric traditionally used in men's tailoring. Characterized by a diagonal weave which makes it very durable. We use 14 momme silk because it is supple enough to hold its shape no matter how you fold it.
