Harker Flat Front Stretch Wool Twill Dress Pants

Very disappointed with customer service when I picked up my pants after they were altered. The pick-up area has been turned into a cattle call where they just retrieve your item and hand it to you. No opportunity to try it on for fitting. No dressing rooms. Just, "Here you go. Next." Very disappointing. When I got home, I found that the pants were altered without cuffs which wasn't my request, so I had to take both pairs back. Then, I had to deal with the tailor who tried to give me some grief. Thankfully, a salesperson (young lady) stepped in and handled the hot situation in a Nordstrom-like manner. My pants will be altered, as requested, and back to me in a week. I'm not happy with the new pick-up area and probably will take any new purchases to an outside tailor so I don't have to experience the poor area and service. But, I will continue to purchase Nordstrom products.
