Pure Essence Pajamas

The choices for all-cotton pajamas, especially full length, are very limited. But I found these by Hanro, a company whose finely constructed camisoles I love, and ordered two pairs. Yes, they are expensive for pajamas, but rightfully so in this case given that they are produced by Hanro. They did not disappoint and are soft and a glowing blue color, really just divine. I will try to buy only Hanro pajamas from now on and collect enough for a week of wear. The am 5’ 6” tall, 145 pounds with a medium athletic build. I chose large only because I have long legs and will have my wonderful Nordstrom seamstress (really a consummate tailor) nip and tuck the items to perfection for me. I would be a size medium in these if I did not prefer a very loose fit.

The fabric on these pjs is insanely soft. Every time I wear them, I’m a little surprised at the comfort. If I have a gripe, it’s that the buttons are spaced about twice as far apart as they ought to be....the placket gaps open even when it isn’t under any kind of strain. I’ve also made a few minor repairs on a couple of seams that came loose, but I loved theses pajamas so much, I’m here today to buy a second pair. You’ll love them.

The best I've had. So comfortable and nice. I hope they wash well and last a long time. These would make a fantastic gift.

They’re nice PJs but all the buttons are loose in the button holes. Sigh. I had to stitch the whole thing closed.

Yes, these pajamas are soft and comfortable. Lovely fabric. However, the buttons come unbuttoned all the time. They're amply sized to the point of being a bit loose, so it's not like I'm busting the buttons! They just won't stay in the buttonholes. This is very annoying considering what I paid for them.

Absolutely amazing worth every penny I’ve never had pajamas like this before they feel so luxurious and so comfortable. They go perfect with my hundred percent cotton linen sheets. The hundred percent underwear made from this brand are phenomenal as well great investment I’ll tell you that.
