Perfection!
I never write reviews but I felt compelled to on this because there just aren't enough reviews. People need to know how great this bralette is! As a small chested woman, I cannot stand regular bras. I love wearing bralettes instead because they're so much more comfortable and I don't feel like I need the extra underwire support. However, finding a good bralette for daytime use is tough. If I'm wearing a bralette in public it has to have a pad in the cup for nipple coverage. Bottom line. That's surprisingly tricky to find! This one has small thin pads in the cup so it fits the bill. This bralette is very well made. If you wear hanky panky underwear you already know how soft and comfortable their lace is. This is no exception. It is also very sexy on! I'm completely in love with this bralette. I feel like I've FINALLY found the perfect daily bra. I bought this in the chai, which is a perfect nude. I will be buying it in the black immediately. My only complaint is that there aren't more colors! For reference: I am 5'6, 115lbs, 32b-ish and the XS is a great fit. If you're thinking about buying this, go for it! Hanky panky never disappoints. I'm beyond satisfied with this purchase. Only wish I found it sooner.

Too small!!!!!
This bralette might be well made, but it is way too small for just about anyone! I've purchased 3 other Hanky Panky bralettes and the size small fits me perfectly. But the elastic under the bust on this bralette is very tight. It's over 4 inches smaller around than my other HP bralettes, less than 22" instead of 26" in my others. Also, I'm a AA in cup size, but I'm bulging out of the cups even with the pads removed. I'd call this is a first bra for a young girl.

Only bra I’ve been able to find that works for me!
I’m a 34AA and really don’t have to wear a bra for any sort of support. This bralette is perfect for coverage under shirts. The padding is perfect as many bralettes have zero lining and defeats the purpose of nipple coverage. If you are a very small cup, this is perfect but I could see it not providing much support for larger cup sizes. I wear a small.

COMFORTABLE
5'6", 120 lbs. Wear small (4-6) in most tops, bra size 34B. First ordered this bra in small (34). Sent back because the cups were too small and band a little tight. Reordered black and Chai in medium. Fit well. Very soft. Easy to put on and take off over head. That's really saying something as I have very bad osteo-arthritis and find taking anything off over my head nearly impossible. I have small breasts and rarely wear any bra as they cause extreme rib pain and I have fractured mid-back vertebrae. There are occasions in which I prefer my nipples to concealed. The removable pads do that quite well. The bra does create cleavage but doesn't do anything to enhance my breast size. However, it fits my requirements better than any bra I've ever worn.

I am usually a size 34 A/B and I wear size medium in this as it covers better than the small and I find it more comfortable. Looks great under clothes.

Perfect Casual Bra
I'm a small-busted 32B gal who takes satisfaction in the fact that I don't need to wear a heavy duty underwire bra. I've worn Hanky Panky thongs for years and have been pleased with the quality and softness of the lace, so I thought I'd give this bralette a try. Based on the reviews by other women who felt the bra runs very small, I purchased the medium. For me, this size was too large. I considered keeping it out of a desire for instant gratification but decided, for the price, I needed to get the size that would help me feel contained, so to speak. I exchanged it for the small and am very happy. The lace is soft, the cut is flattering and the soft cups provide a nice barrier between me and the world. I hope to purchase in more colors.
I also purchased the DKNY "Signature Lace" T-Back Bralette and recommend it as a racerback option.

Not for me
This is very cute, and I love that's it's lacy but still has padding (which is rare). But - the cup size just did not work for me. I'm a 32C and tried both the small and extra small. Both were too small in the cup. However, if I would have gone up a size, the band would have been too large. Although it's not lacy, I ended up going with the Spanx bralette instead.
