Unfortunately these panties came with a defective seam. I cut off the tags and tried them on, even though I’ve bought this style many times, and then noticed the open seam in back. I called customer service and the agent said I could “try” to return them at a store, but because the tags were off I couldn’t exchange them. I’ve got a drawer full of hanky pankys but will be sure to check them closer from now on. I wish Nordstrom would look at customer history and then make a decision. I’m not a return offender.
