Hangisi Pump

Ordered these 2x and both times was sent the satin, which are less expensive/ I wanted them for an upcoming event which due to time constraints I won’t have now / - to add insult to injury the shoes were used/returned my another customer / thrown in box - placed in plastic bags- no tissue - nothing - unacceptable- 1x is possibly honest mistaken- 2x - very frustrating /customer service doesn’t advise ordering them a 3rd time until they investigate - attention to detail in the warehouse is what is needed -

These shoes are not only stunning, but they are also super comfortable. I had no pain or discomfort after a full evening of walking in NYC. They are incredibly slippery so Id recommend getting the soles reinforced, but besides that, absolutely worth the splurge.

I received a blue pair instead of the black ones that I ordered.

I have been wanting these beautiful pumps for a long time! They are truly a great looking shoe. I love that I can dress them up or down and the shoes will always be the focal point! Worth the money!
