I was so excited when I ordered this, but extremely disappointed by the bag. The hardware is cheap. The zippers do not open and close smoothly. The strap is not removable (it is sewn on to the O-ring one side and clips on the other). Leather is soft, but mediocre quality at best. This was my first and last Hammitt purchase.

Beautiful, soft leather. It is the perfect size. There is two inside pockets that I was able to fit my iPhone 17 Pro Max. There’s an outside zipper that has plenty of room. Great for every day or even if you have a special occasion to go to, it has a dressy look as well. Love it!

I absolutely love my Kyle Shoulder Bag by Hammitt! The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional, and the leather is buttery soft. The hardware works beautifully, and I especially love the studs that give this bag its unique style.
What surprised me most is how lightweight it is! I have to be mindful of the weight of my handbags because of my back, and this is the lightest bag I own. It sits perfectly on my shoulder—not too high or too low, and not tucked right under my arm. It’s so comfortable that I barely even feel it! I can fit everything I need inside without feeling weighed down.

My bag came in a plastic bag in a shipping box - no tags, no stuffing, no dust bag, nothing. I'm guessing it had somehow been returned with no tags and just re-sold? I have multiple Hammitt bags purchased from Hammitt and this purchase from Nordstrom was a huge disappointment. I'm returning the bag and hopefully I don't get a hassle because it's got no tags, etc.
