Online shoppers beware
I purchased this item during Nordstrom's black friday event after all the positive reviews. I received the item after a couple of days. It is well made, flattering, and a size 4. However it fit so tight across the shoulders of my size 2 and 6ft tall frame (I bought a larger size for layering), and the sleeves barely reached past my forearms. I looked at the size and realized it was a size 4 petite. I took the coat to nordstrom to exchange for a size 4 regular, only to discover that they were sold out. There were no offers to rectify the error made by nordstrom. I also ordered 2 other coats from nordstrom, who promptly charged my credit card, yet "lost" my order and blamed it on a "technical glitch". Those items were also sold out by the time I discovered my order was not fulfilled. To say I am disappointed in the unpleasant experience I have had with this company would be a huge understatement.

Great coat but not true to size
I LOVE THIS COAT. The coat is heavy and girly. People always compliment me whenever I am wearing it. The only reason that I am not giving it full 5 stars is that the coat I a little bit too tight around the back and shoulders so driving with this coat on is not an option. Overall this is one of my favorite coats so far.

Will Hand This Coat Don to my Daughter

Fit for the Diva in You!
This coat is a winner! Not only is it on trend, but it’s a coat you’ll wear forever. It’s fitted so take a size up if curvy because it needs to fall properly on you in order to have that perfect style of custom made. I’m 5’2 and curvy and my usual fit is a size 12 or XL. I want to have room to layer up if needed. I ordered this in a 12p because of height and size. Also, let not forget to mention that the quality is fantabulous! I love it and I’ll be wearing from winter to Spring. Don’t miss out on this coat...it’s a beautiful color combo, great style and fantabulous quality!!!

Beautiful, but not TTS
First let me say that I fell in love with the quality and thickness of this coat. The colors and pattern are beautiful! BUT, the other reviews are right: there is something weird about the sizing, particularly in the shoulders/arms area. It is extremely difficult to lift my arms! I am a 5.3" 110 lbs and I'd purchased a size 4P, which usually works for me in coats.
Sadly, I will be returning. I might try the 4 or 6 regular if the coat gets restocked in these sizes. I really loved it and wish it did fit properly!!

But who needs arms?
Should have heeded the other reviews but I saw this on a mannequin in store and really loved the color and pattern. I ordered in 8p because I’m short - only 5’3” and that’s being generous. The coat length was good, but true to other reviews the arms were way too tight. Not only could I not wear a thin sweater under it I couldn’t lift or move my arms. Good luck driving! Unfortunately have to return.
