V-Neck Open Front Jacket

For context, I wear a size 6 and have a 32G bust. So it’s extremely difficult to find clothing that fits well right off the rack. Usually, I must upsize for my bust and have waistlines taken in. That was not the case for this blazer. It fits as if it was made for my body. Clean lines, straight but not bulky shoulders, ample fabric to cover my bust without having to yank and clip the front, AND a fitted midsection that defines my waist. The profile view is complementary to my hourglass shape…yay, no circus tent comparisons! I love this blazer. It’ll dress up for work and down(ish) for a trendy jeans pairing. I highly recommend this blazer for women with busty or hourglass figures. Order your normal size.

I have been looking for a jacket like this for three years! I wanted a classic black blazer that was a collarless style (my favorite) and a V-neck which is more flattering and with braclet-length sleeves. I discovered this by accident. I was in store waiting to make a return and glanced at a rack to my right - this jacket had been pulled out and put back and the front of the jacket was facing me AND it was my size. I tried it on and loved it. It is flattering and comfortable and is a jacket I can wear year-round. I usually buy one size up in blazers to have some give. I usually wear a 10 or 12 and purchased a 14 which allows me to wear with all my tops. I purchased a second one to have when this one wears out. Nordstrom should do this in very color - black, white, and a beautiful clear red, blues, and more.
