Side Slit Cardigan

I seriously love this sweater. I’m back for at least one more. I reach for it all the time - it’s perfect for any season - it’s so light weight and just goes with everything- for summer it’s great over sundresses and just right for cool summer nights, or for grocery shopping or a wedding. It’s the kind of sweater that good for after yoga or a night out. It’s a perfect all around closet staple. If I worked for Nordstrom I’d wear it there too. I don’t work for nordy’s but if I did I’d sell this item because I’m just that pleased with it. See how it is? Everyone should have more than one. Just sayin’

I have two Halogen Cardigans I purchased a few years ago which I loved. One is getting long in the tooth so I decided to replace it. The sizing for this version of the cardigan is all over the map. I have ordered and returned several different sizes and colors. I agree with one reviewer the arms are laughable long! Color selection is also not great. The tan and lighter blue colors were just off. Please bring back the smoked pink color and old sizing.

I've bought many of these cardigans in the past few years and the fit on the ones I tried this season was very odd. The cuff of the sleeve was so enormous you could have put the sweater on over a baseball mitt and I'm NOT exaggerating. It would have been comical if it weren't so disappointing. I like to cover my arms and these are great for hot weather. There was also an issue with the color. I ordered the Slate Blue and the Tan. The Slate Blue looked like the color called Placid Blue online, not greyish at all, very pastel and NOT slate blue, so I didn't bother trying it on. It was the TAN that I tried on with very odd sleeves. Also, I too, miss the petites.
