Great look, value
Amazing quality for the price. I bought 3 in black, ivory and gray, Like the thin material for layering. Pleasantly surprised by these.

Flimsy
Cute color (dark reddish purple), but the fabric is tissue thin, making it completely inappropriate to wear as a stand-alone top. It was also very very small: I ordered up from my usual size and it was skin-tight. Not flattering at all, and too expensive to keep as a light layering piece.

Ok for layering
Yes this is a layering peice, very thin and not the best quality. The top of the neckline is simply folded over, no finished hem, I found that a little cheap. It is a nice fabric and the fit is nice if you want to try it. I am about 100 lbs 5'4" and the PS fit comfortably, not too tight and nice and long the way I like. Oh and the turtleneck cannot be folded down it is meant to be worn up.

Nice Thin Turtleneck
If you want a nice thin turtleneck to use as a layering piece, this one is perfect for you. The material is thin, but not sheet (at least that's how I found the black). It does fit true to size, but the fabric will show bra lines. The only thing that bothers me a little is the neck seam in the side because you wouldn't be able to fold the turtleneck down.

I bought these to try the turtleneck look as a layering piece for fall and winter AND because they are priced so well. I got them home and LOVE them so much I'm buying duplicates in all three colors! They fit well - true to size and are so soft. They feel great on my skin and are thin enough to be the perfect layering piece but not see through so I can wear them alone. I'm very happy with this purchase and can't wait to wear them!

Just what I was looking for
I've been looking for a thin, comfortable turtleneck where the neck stays comfortable close around the neck and doesn't flop down to wear as an underpinning. This fits the bill. It's incredibly comfortable and can easily be worn both as an underpinning and on its own. I liked it so much that I got it in 4 different colors.

nice for layering
I am going to use as a layering piece. I think it it too thin to be worn alone, unless you have absolutely love wearing spanx.It is very long and in my case 5'5" I could probably wear it as a very short mini. Next time i will order in petite.
