Flare Hem Sleeveless Sweater

The metallic thread in this vest adds sparkle and accentuates the design without being flashy. You can wear a turtleneck underneath or a black blouse. I could even see this vest over a plain black long sleeve dress. The only thing - and this is minor - is that the peplum starts a tad too high on the sides. It should start at the waist instead. But I'm still loving it.
