Halo Drape Satin Gown

This dress is almost perfect, but the material is cheap and snags easily. I wonder if I received the same damaged piece another reviewer mentioned. That said, it drapes beautifully and hits in all the right places. The color is gorgeous, and it really flatters the body in a way that looks like it’s high quality. Unfortunately, the fabric just doesn’t match the design.

Cool, my dress came pre-worn for me. So many snagged threads! I love the one that runs from the hem to the side seam. It almost distracts the eye from the big cheap zipper in a darker color than the rest of the dress. Unfortunately, the lipstick stain doesn’t match the shade I had in mind so I’ll be returning it for the next lucky person to receive!

Love this dress! The material is thicker that it looks and the whole dress hangs in a really flattering way with ruching. The back is very open but it feels secure with the two horizontal straps for someone with a small chest. Probably less supportive for a larger chest size. Will have to get the hem taken in for my height, even with heels. Usually between XS/S and happy I went with the S.

The first dress I ordered had a bunch of snags in it, so I reordered and did an in store pickup instead and had better luck. The fabric does snag easily, but is veryyy flowy and thick. It is a bit deeper blue in real life. There is a visible zipper on the side, which is not my favorite thing in the world, but this isn't super expensive so I can live with it. I had it altered since I am petite and busty, and my seamstress added boning alone the sides by my ribcage which helped a lot! We also changed the tie in the back to criss cross to add more support. Overall I really like it and I would buy again.
