Alessandra Insulated Water Resistant Ski Pants

Halfdays as a company and their products are trash; they advertise quality clothing and it is the opposite. I bought these ski pants, wore them twice and at the end of the day found a rip. I reached out to halfdays directly, thinking they would by sympathetic and helpful after spending $300 on a pair of pants and they said my product was not under their warranty due to “normal wear and tear.” Well, I’ve spent the same amount of money on Burton gear and have never had this problem so if there is their “normal” I would never purchase another product from them.
