Hadly Stripe Sleeveless Maxi Dress

One of my all time favorite Lilly purchases! I bought the Hadly dress in blue & white stripe last year and have worn it on repeat. I had a trip to Japan coming up and needed lightweight clothing for the trip as it was quite hot. This dress is perfect for being airy and breathable for hot weather but still proving coverage when indoors in overly air-conditioned spaces. Comfortable for wearing all day. So I got a second one in the green & pink to have a second dress for the trip. These were all I wore for an entire week! Packable fabric that does not wrinkle and easy to wash. I hang dry these. My chest is 36in around and I preferred the Medium for more space, while the small fit but was snug. I’m typically a size small or 4. This dress is flowy while still flattering. I’m 5 feet and this dress could have been worn with shoes, just skimming the floor. But I chose to get it hemmed to hit as shown on the model and I think it’s more flattering and comfortable to have ankles uncovered in the heat. I wear this with a jean jacket to dress it up or with a 1/2 zip to wear casually. I would get a third if they came out with solids or other patterns and colors in the future!

The Hadly Smocked Dress is an easy favorite with its flattering fit-and-flare silhouette and softly tiered skirt that moves beautifully. The elastic straps and smocking feel comfortable and forgiving, making it effortless to wear. While the smocking does sit a bit high under the arm for my comfort, the overall look and feel still shine. A few small tweaks aside, it’s a piece I genuinely love and reach for with confidence.

Great Dress!!! Bought this in blue last year for myself. It’s high quality, fully lined. This year it was offered in yellow and bought it for my SIL. She and I are similar height, different body shapes. She loved it but exchanging for another Lilly item. Her husband felt the top didn’t offer enough support and she looked squished. FYI I’m a C and it doesn’t squish me. Worth a try bc it’s a beautiful, comfortable feminine dress that elevates your look for any occasion.
