wanted to love but
The sizes seem to run smaller now with this brand .
I expected the small to fit slowly but was a little snug at the hips .
So the reason I am giving a lower rated is because I would love to size up , but the draw string on the skirt is now existent.
It’s just a bow for looks .
Wish I could size up , because waistline small fits left, but a medium is most likely to loose there .
Bummer . Liked the color and the material felt decent.
