strange fit

The elastic on one of the arms is stretched or cut so it doesn’t fit at all but it’s going back anyway. There a lot of fabric on this dress that doesn’t seem to fit the body. Even if I had two sizes smaller I think it’ll still be awkward. Pattern is red as well. I expected pink. Sending back
