I ordered this crossbody and tracked the shipment for days, until arrival. I couldn’t wait to open that box and start using this item. Sadly, this is not made for an IPhone X/Xs. Not even close. When I took it back to the store, the clerk stated that it wouldn’t even fit her IPhone 8. I gave it 3 stars because it really is gorgeous

Wife loves it! Very practical and useful for professional women. Downside is you will need earbuds for calls if you don’t want to use speaker option.
