defected shoe shipped 2x
I purchased this shoe and waited for it to arrive, beautiful shoe but the box had a red label and the shoe itself was defected, visibly. I’m not spending this amount and overlooking a visible flaw. I reordered the shoe and they sent me the exact same shoe, same box with the red tag and envelope opened. To make matters worse it was a floor model! I will go to GUCCI direct.
