Wrong size sent to me TWICE!
I’m extremely furious about this item as the warehouse sent me the wrong size TWICE. I’ve went through the hassle of returning /refunding etc all during Christmas time, just to be deceived because the warehouse intends to keep sending me the WRONG SIZE. I ordered a 11 US, and they keep sending me a size 9. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE, do NOT order this shoe, or trust that the warehouse will do the right thing and send the correct size. A lot of money spent and long time customer, just to be treated this way. ZERO STARS

Wrong size sent.
As the person review before mine. The same thing happened to me and got the wrong size from the warehouse. Ordered a size 8.5 and got 13. Only option provided was to return and repurchase. Super frustrating to spend this money and have the wrong size sent. This warehouse needs to be looked into. I been a loyal Nordstrom’s customer for 15 plus years.
