Great Pan

Great addition to my kitchen. I like the large capacity and non-stick surface. Very easy to use and to clean if you follow the instructions provided.

Complete waste of money

I buy this expensive pan because “ Our most cutting-edge, diamond-infused nonstick ever. Unbelievably durable, outrageously slick, and totally PFAS-free.” And after 2 hand washing turns out WORST THAN ANY CHEAP PAN in the market.

I will never buy another GreenPan

Fooled me twice. I bought one years ago and it turned out to be rubbish. Here I am, years later buying their super special Spectra Thermobond Hybrid, and again, rubbish. If you're trying to cook egg whites, be prepared to use A LOT of oil. These are non-nonstick pans. I wanted to love these, but they're trash.

Non stick as expected and heat distribution great!

As expected, the hybrid surface is great after 1 month. What was a wonderful surprise is the pan is perfectly flat and the heat distribution/retention is even across the pans surface even at just above low!
