Quality Control and Customer Service lacking

The scent is wonderful, but my candle arrived with a crooked label, off center wicks, and strange marks on the surface of the candle. The wonderful unboxing experience I was looking forward to for this $200 candle was certainly a disappointment. Reached out to Nordstrom and since the item was sold out, they said I could return it and re-order when/if it became available again. Not helpful at all! This is not acceptable from Flamingo Estate and Nordstrom -- won't be buying from either in the future.
