Long customer that’s disappointed
Not to expectations. I have worn Cole Haan for years and always loved the comfort and quality. However, this last pair was neither comfortable or high quality. The leather seemed thin and just didn’t have the feel of craftsmanship that I have had in the past. My first thought was they farmed them out to the low bidder and stamped their name on it. For the money they were poor value. I’m confused and as to what happened. I hope the company redeems itself.
