The shirt has an applique on the inside, the hearts are not drawn on the fabric, it is woven in the fabric. The hearts was not painted on after the product was finished. Additionally, it’s 100% cotton so it will shrink, so I’d recommend sizing up a size. I appreciate that the fabric is cotton and not polyester and the design is cute. The sleeves are perfect for a work outfit so I plan to wear this in the future.
