The sharp blade of a Santoku allows anything from regular to wafer-thin cuts—it is therefore now indispensable in kitchens all around the world.
Additional features: The essential piece is non-forged and triple-riveted to its handle for durability, and tempered to 56 degrees Rockwell.

Wonderful gift for the chef
We have a motley knife collection but two good WÜSTHOF knives as well. It’s past time to clean out the old knife drawer and add three new beautiful wusthof ones

I’ll never purchase gourmet again. I currently have a set of ikon and the quality diff is dramatic. I wish I knew how cheap these were.

Love it
I got the same knife 20 years ago and I got married. I’ve used it almost every day, but the handle broke when we dropped it. I’ve been gluing it for years, but decided to treat myself with a new knife. The new one is so much lighter. It’s fantastic.

Best of the bunch
This is a Christmas gift for my husband. He has one in his kitchen in one house and uses it for everything. He wants one for our vacation house.
