How to use: Define lips using the side of the pencil point, then color them in. The liner can be used alone or under your favorite Lip Color or Gloss. The Lip Color can also be used as a cheek color—just apply it to your ring finger, then gently tap it onto the high apple of the cheek until blended. Apply Lip Gloss directly to lips using the slanted tip applicator.
