5-Star Fit and Finish in High-Luxe Leather Sneaker
I noticed a couple of negative reviews on this shoe prior to placing my order and thinking....hmmm, they must have been reviewing a totally different shoe! Received my new Conner Lace-Ups the other day and LOVE them! The premium leather is soft, and the elegant hand-burnished finish and artisan-like details really set them apart from other brands of leather sneakers. The perforated leather uppers, combined with leather heal pull loop, calfskin lining, branded Ortholite insert, and waxed flat laces add to the look and functionality.

Stylish shoe but uncomfortable.
I wanted to like this shoe. Unfortunately it was stiff, narrow and uncomfortable out of the box. The leather also felt cheap. Will not try to break them and will be returning them. I have had similar experiences with this brand in the past and will not be purchasing their shoes again.

Very disappointed!!!
Color was described as “chestnut” and photo suggests that it is in a darker richer reddish/brown hue. Shoes arrived and the color verged on a light brown…almost tan! Leather is stiff and looks cheap! Returned!!!

The shoe fits but..
The shoe itself is comfortable. I did not find the leather stiff or hard. The problem for me was the back is the shoe rubbed against my Achilles causing my skin to rub off. I wore them for about a week.
