Nice boot, Way too big.
These seemed like really nice very well made chukkas. So I was very disappointed to find the size 13 I ordered for my size 13 feet was way way too big. It was like I was putting on a size 16. Even with lacing tight they were falling off the heel. I returned to the store immediately and the return went very smooth. I would consider trying 2-3 sizes smaller but not via online purchase.
