another great pair of GA jeans
I love this brand and own several pairs, but my favorite style is the Good Waist for its waist-cinching properties. These are gorgeous denim, lots of soft stretch. They're a little lighter blue than the photo with more prominent whiskering -- definitely a casual pair of jeans, as the hems are unfinished, though they do have a finished side slit. I didn't like the hi-low hem (they stuck out in back, probably because I am very tall) but the denim was so nice that I just cut the bottoms evenly to create a pair of uniformly cropped unfinished-hem jeans. I usually wear a size 8 or 10 but took a 10 in these jeans. They are somehow a more snug fit than my other size 10 GA Good Waist jeans. They fit more like the size 8. Definitely recommend!

The step hem and color is iffy, feel is amazing.
This is my first pair of Good American Jeans. I purchased two pairs of shorts that were too long, so I decided to give the GA Jean a try as I loved the high waist and material.
To preface, I am 5'5" - 5'6" and usually wear a 24/25 in Free People, 24/25 in Paige and a 24 in Gap denim. Being my height, I know that for something to hit my ankles, it needs to be a 25-27" inseam. Think Lulu leggings -- 25" are actually ankle/leggings on my height.
The fit: I ordered the 00 and they were perfect with some room to spare.
The feel: AMAZING. The stretch and softness of these is spot on.
The length + step him: I thought these would work being 29" inseam. Boy, I was wrong. The front hem is the 29" inseam. If you are my height, these will be a no go for you as well.
The color: Not blue, they have this brown-ish gold tint to them. They look dirty -- not what is pictured.

Perfect for Tall and/or Curvy women
I’m 5’8 around 150lbs. I have an athletic build and these jeans were perfect. They hugged in all the right places and are extremely comfortable. This fit and length is great for taller or curvier women. Definitely recommend!

great looking jeans, a little on the short side
These are nice jeans and I wish they'd fit me better. I think they would work well for someone under 5'9". The waist really cinches in the stomach, and the color and quality are lovely. They are on the thicker side, so perhaps better for fall/winter wear. Unfortunately, the legs were too short for me (I am 5'11" and ordered size 8, my usual size) so the step hem didn't work well. But if they'd been longer I would have kept them.
