Good Legs Flare Jeans

I'm not sure what the deal is with these pants but the stretch is insane and there is always a gap in the back no matter what size I try. I'm typically between a 30 and 29. I went with the 29. Fits nice but too much stretch, gaps in the back. Ordered a 28. SAME EXACT issue. I compared the two sizes and tell me why The 28 is actually bigger in measurements than the 29. The length in the 28 is longer than the 29. Just ordered a 27 and have a feeling it will be the same issue. The fit is amazing everywhere else and these are super flattering on. The material is so soft but verrry stretchy in the waist. It has an awful chemical smell, it smells like moth balls to me. Hoping that will go away with a few washes. But what in the sisterhood of the traveling pants is going on?!

I am 5'8" tall with a mature size 14/16 body. I ordered size 15 in this jean. PROS: Soft mid-wash denim with mild rub distressing and whiskering. Full rise to the waist, with no gap in back. This is a true flare silhouette. CONS: The jean fits very snug, especially in the thighs, compared to other GA styles. The inseam is 34", a full inch longer than stated on the website. It would be difficult to shorten the unique hem.

At first look I thought these jeans were going to be too small, but the stretch is good and they smooth and tuck everything. Perfect flair and the trouser hem is classy looking. Will be great dressed up working in a school or casual - 16 y.o. daughter is eyeing them already. Favorite pant purchase of The Sale!

When I saw these jeans online they looked like a darker wash and I'd heard great things about the fit. They were VERY stretchy and comfortable. I'm between a size 6 and 8 and the 6 had alot of stretch. I'm 5'9" and the jeans felt too long, I was tripping on the hem. I liked the stretchy high waisted fit but the wash isn't me... The whiskers were too much and give a late 90s vibe. Had to return them.
