Send her our display shoe she won’t notice
I was sent the display shoe which came with lovely glue marks, black scuff marks, scratches all over the shoe when I reached out to customer service with photos I was told sorry were not doing any refunds at this time. When I asked to have them exchange I was told their system was also down. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere

I was sent the display shoe which came with lovely glue marks, black scuff marks, scratches all over the shoe when I reached out to customer service with photos I was told sorry were not doing any refunds at this time. When I asked to have them exchange I was told their system was also down. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere

so cute! too big
It was so sad these didn’t work out. It’s not that they were a bad fit, but without the fuzzy lining inside, it made the shoes so big. I would walk and they would slip right off my feet. Even with the back strap down, they were still just too loose.

Super comfy!
Received my package ship to store yesterday. Tried them on, but they were too big…. Returned right away in store. Sad because these are super comfy, and super cute. I wear 7 in all UGG’s, except sometimes an 8 in certain styles. Off 1 star due to sizing. If they ever come back in a smaller size (currently sold out) I’ll get them.

Cute, but sizing is off
i wanted to love these…. I am normally a size 8 in shoes, but in slides I get an 8.5 so that my heel isn’t right at the edge. I got an 8.5 & a 9 in these. The 8.5 fit perfectly with no socks, but once I put socks on my heel was hanging off (see pic). I try the 9 and they fit fine, but feel loose when I walk and look so long. Returning these since I planned on wearing thick socks and don’t want my heel hanging off. Surprised at the reviews saying these run big.
