Unacceptable Quality
After completing an exchange due to a poor quality shoe being sent in the mail (leather creases, stain on laces, and smeared paint on the lettering) I received a second pair in even worse conditions. I do not understand what has happened to customer guarantee and quality products in the recent time, however, I know for a fact that Golden Goose does not represent their brand in this way. I will make sure to shop elsewhere moving forward.
