So I received this cologne as a 1.5 size and the smell was different then the other colognes I use, but I can’t say anything bad about it I would recommend it to try it the smell is good calm and not to strong

Perfume was beautiful... customer service, not so much. I'm a stage IV cancer patient and I used to have a lot of extra cash to spend on myself. I used to shop here often. I haven't worked in a year and my 14'year old daughter convinced me to treat myself. I can only use clean products, so I was happy to find the Jo Malone. She tried to upsell me and extra $100 after I was spending over $90. When I said no thank you, just the one bottle, she changed her whole tune. I understand you work on commission, but she slammed my perfume around and I had to ask her to put it in a bag. She really treated me horrible. I wanted to take it back because she made me feel rotten about treating myself to something. My daughter was shocked. People are shallow. Sad.

This Product Cannot Be Gifted
If you purchase this product online, it will not be boxed, but comes wrapped in bubble wrap. I made 3 attempts to have it re-delivered in the distinctive yellow box with black ribbon. I was informed after the 3rd delivery attempt that this item is sent from a fulfillment facility and not a store. So, it will not be boxed. No more online purchases as gifts. This needs to be addressed; not all of us can run to a store when looking to gift.

Mature, heavy floral
This is a very beautiful, mature, wealthy fragrance gifted by jomalonelondon. It reminds me of my poised, classy grandmother. It’s a heavy floral scent with a bit of heaviness. A little goes a long way. Fragrance lasts a while. It’s not a scent I would wear in my thirties but I could see myself reaching for this in about 40 years.
